At Aural HiFi, we want you to experience your music with absolute clarity. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Original Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory boxes with all included accessories, manuals, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
